Making Custom Dials

Building a custom watch can imply anything from developing an entire watch from scratch to piecing something together from existing components. Although I do custom work, many of the components comprising my watches are sourced from various distributors and remain unmodified, such as movements, cases and hands. Still, much of the personality in a watch is in the dial.

A custom dial makes for a custom watch. So how does a person go about creating a custom dial?
